On November 22, 2022, Ministry Of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Circular No. 18/2022/TT-BNNPTNT: Regulations and procedures on sea patrol, inspection, and control of the fisheries resources surveillance force.

This Circular provides for regulations and procedures for sea patrol, inspection, and control of the Fisheries Resources Surveillance Force to enforce laws on fishing and the protection of aquatic resources.
