On October 08, 2015, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has issued the Circular No. 33/2015/TT-BNNPTNT on regulations on monitoring of food hygiene and safety in harvests of bivalve mollusks.

This Circular applies to facilities harvesting, purchasing, cleaning, rearing and processing bivalve mollusks, Inspection Agencies, Controlling Agencies and Testing Facilities.

This Circular takes effect on December 10, 2015
