Circular 20/2017/TT-BNNPTNT: Providing guidelines for Government’s Decree No. 39/2017/ND-CP of April 4, 2017 on management of feeds
On November 10th, 2017, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issued the Circular No.20/2017/TT-BNNPTNTproviding guidelines for the Government’s Decree No. 39/2017/ND-CP dated April 04, 2017 on management of feeds.
This Circular provides guidelines for some contents of the Government’s Decree No. 39/2017/ND-CP dated April 04, 2017 on management of feeds (below collectively referred to as “Decree No.39/2017/ND-CP).
This Circular applies to domestic and foreign organizations or individuals engaged in the feed industry within the territory of Vietnam.
This Circular comes into force from December 25, 2017.
