On June 20, 2014, The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgated the Circular 17/2014/TT-BNNPTNT regulating aquatic animal epidemic prevention and combating.

This Circular regulates aquatic animal epidemic prevention and combating.

This Circular applies to foreign or domestic organizations, individuals involved in production, trading, transport, preliminary processing, processing of aquatic animals in the territory of Vietnam.

This Circular takes effect since August 04, 2014.
