(seafood.vasep.com.vn) By market, domestic revenue in August increased by 179% to 310 billion VND, the second largest contributor to Vinh Hoan (VHC)'s revenue after the US.
Vinh Hoan Corp (HOSE: VHC) has just announced its business results in August 2022 with export revenue of 1,270 billion VND, up 73% over the same period and up 6% over the previous month.
By revenue structure, almost all segments recorded two to three-digit growth compared to the same period last year: pangasius segment increased by 63% to 780 billion VND; by-products increased by 95% to 263 billion VND ; other mixed products increased 617% to 120 billion. In contrast, healthcare products were the only segment that went backwards compared to the same period, down 15% to 58 billion VND.
However, compared to July 2022, the pangasius export segment slowed down (down 2%); health care products decreased by 20%. Except for the US and Vietnam, the European market, China and other countries saw revenue deceleration, 40%, 13% and 15% respectively.
Vinh Hoan’s export revenue also increased simultaneously. In which, exports revenue to the US increased by 72%, to Europe increased by 5% and to China increased by 19%.
