(seafood.vasep.com.vn) In the first 11 months of 2016, the export turnover of Vinh Hoan Corp rose by 10% over the same period last year. Of that, the export volume increased by 13% while the average export prices remained stable.
Prices of pangasius raw materials increased over the past two months, thank to a soar in demand from China while there was a shortage of raw material supply. Recently, a rise in raw material prices have not reflected selling prices in major markets. Therefore, Vinh Hoan adjusted its expected sales volume to drop in December to stabilize its profit margin.
China Fisheries & Seafood Fair Expo 2016 (CFSE 2016) took place in Qingdao, China on the 2nd – 4th Nov 2016. This fair displayed seafood products and it also represented a good for companies to grow their seafood sales. CFSE 2016 attracted more than 29,000 visitors from nearly 100 countries. Vinh Hoan's booth (No. E3702) made an impression on hundreds of visitors with high-end products like pangasius fillets, tilapia, and seabass.
