Vinh Hoan Corp to set up many subsidiaries

Vinh Hoan 4 Co.,Ltd specializes in aquaculture and seafood processing, equipments, materials trading; livestock feed producing and trading.

Vinh Hoan Corp owns a chain of subsidiaries in which Vinh Hoan Corp invested nearly 70 percent stake to set up Vinh Hoan 1 Feed JSC, 100 percent stake to establish Vinh Hoan USA (Inc).

Before the establishment of Vinh Hoan 4 Co.,Ltd, Vinh Hoan Corp announced to contribute VND121 billion to set up Vinh Hoan 2 Food Company Limited, and Vinh Hoan 3 Food Company Limited specializing in rice production and trading and goods transportation.
