Vinh Hoan Corp: Seafood export turnover hit US$80 million
(seafood.vasep.com.vn) According to the General Department of Vietnam Customs, in Jan-Apr 2016, Vinh Hoan Joint Stock Company (Vinh Hoan Corp) gained US$80.4 million in seafood export turnover, accounting for 4.12% of total export turnover and stayed as one of the top Vietnamese seafood exporters.
Vinh Hoan Corp optimizes its chain value from processing fish feed - aquaculture - processing - export and extracting Collagen from by-products in of pangasius.
Recently, the company has been registered for inspection and certification of food safety, and eligible to export collagen products to the EU.
Vinh Hoan has led the pangasius export turnover of Vietnam since 2010. In the coming time, the export value of Vinh Hoan expected to continue the rise thanks to contribution of Collagen and Refined Fish Oil products.
