(IntraFish) US restaurant chain Luby’s is promoting baked Alaska pollock and the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) on the homepage of its website.
The company, with 94 locations throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas, features a photo on its website of Alaska pollock topped with spinach and artichokes, as part of its Lenten promotion.
Accompanying the photo is the ASMI label, bearing the slogan “wild, natural, sustainable.”
Along with the promotion comes a chance for customers to win a trip to Alaska.
Luby’s is also promoting the item with counter signs, window clings, ceiling danglers, menu danglers.
