Slight rise in price for raw pangasius
(pangasius-vietnam.com) Price for Mekong Delta-farmed pangasius has slightly increased to VND24,000 – 25,500 per kilogram in April.
In April 2014, land for pangasius production totaled 393 hectares for an estimated overall production of 78,823 MT. So far, the cumulative superficies were 2,314 hectares, down 6.5 percent year on year. Pangasius production was 222,350 MT, down 0.2 percent year on year.
