PAN’s offering to buy ABT shares
(vasep.com.vn) Pan Pacific Corporation (HOSE code: PAN) announced its Administrative Council’s resolution to publicly purchase shares of Ben Tre Aquaproduct Im-Ex Joint Stock Company (Aquatex Bentre - HOSE code: ABT).
PAN will buy 3.13 million of ABT shares at a price of VND 40,800 per share with the aim to hold more 28.44 percent of Aquatex Bentre’s overall shares.
The purchase will help PAN own 5,870,792 ABT shares, accounting for 53.34 percent of Aquatex Bentre’s issued shares. PAN aims to increase its share of Aquatex Bentre’s capital and make long-term investment in this comp any.
