(vasep.com.vn) After its first audit of Vinh Hoan Corp’s pangasius farm, ASC Certification Programme continued to undertake the second assessment of fish farm in Vietnam against the ASC Pangasius Standard v1 1.0 Jan 2012.
The audited farm was pangasius farming area owned by NTACO Corporation in Long Hung 2 hamlet, My Thoi ward, Long Xuyen city, An Giang province.
The accreditation was started by Control Union Peru ASC on 6th June 2012 and the consultation period will be closed in August 2012.
So far, ASC’s certification programme has taken audits of six fish farms in the world, including four tilapia farms in Indonesia, Ecuador, Malaysia and two pangasius farms in Vietnam.
