NTACO: Cooperate with German partner on organic pangasius
(seafood.vasep.com.vn) According to NTACO Corporation (NTACO), in order to complete the business plan as presented at the annual shareholders' meeting 2016, the company signed a cooperation agreement with BINCA Seafoods GmbH, Germany.
The two sides are going to promote cooperation in processing pangasius fillets and farming organic pangasius. Their high-value pangasius fillets worth 3-4 fold higher than normal pangasius fillets.
NTACO will conduct the increase in foreign ownership limit up to 100% to raise capital and improve competitiveness in the domestic and global market.
