Ngoprexco: Process more fish species for export

To avoid dependence on single raw source, Ngoprexco has decided to build a seafood processing plant in Tac Cau Fishing Port, Kien Giang province, with an investment of VND47 billion. The new plant that is hopped to be inaugurated in this August will specialize in processing pelagic and freshwater fish with a capacity of 2,000MT of finished products a year.

With the newly built processing plant Ngoprexco will capable to process a wide range of high grade value-added seafood products from pelagic and freshwater fish along with the traditional products from squid and swimming crab.
