Mekongfish Co said its pre-tax earnings in the third quarter of 2009 might reach VND45 billion.
Mr. Luong Hoang Manh, Mekongfish Co CEO, said the company will put into operation the 2,500MT coldstorage and two freezers with the capacity of 600kg per hour each.
The company’s processing capacity increased from 80MT of raw material per day to 120MT of raw material per day thanks to improved facilities.
Manh also revealed with pre-tax profits of VND45 billion in the third quarter, its dividend payment might reach 18 percent.
To increase processing capacity to 130-150MT of raw material per day by 2010, Mekongfish Co will invest in building new coldstorage and preserving equipments.
