According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Pangasius farming area in Mekong Delta provinces reached 5,001ha in the first half of the year, equivalent to 73 percent of the yearly plan.
Farmers have stocked 1.48 billion of fries in this period. It is anticipated that harvested area amounts to 1,133ha, and Pangasius output netted 312,000MT.
