Khanh Hoa’s marine catch estimated at 83,000 MT in 2012
According to the provincipal Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the local capture output is anticipated to reach 83 thousand MT in 2012, up 10.4 percent against that of 2011.
The increase is attributed the Government’s off-shore fishing promotion policy and favourable weather.
Meanwhile, the local farmers faced many difficulties due to unpredictable epedemic and high input costs
If fine weather continues for this month, Khanh Hoa’s agricultural production will gain positive outcomes for the rest of the year. Its grain output is expected to total 251 thousand MT this year, up 5.7 percent compared to that of 2011.
