The Hau Giang Department of Labor, Invalidity and Social Affairs in conjunction with Department of Freshwater Aquaculture, Can Tho University, is implementing an aquaculture project to eradicate poverty.
The project includes 45 models, and 15 poor households selected by each commune authorities. The total investment is VND500 million. The project is one of solutions to help poor households who possess limited cultivating area to eradicate poverty and enrich themselves
