IDI Corp to list 38 million shares on HoSE

In June 30th 2011, IDI Corp submitted the first registration dossier and became 316th company listing shares on HoSE with code of IDI.IDI. The company had the charter capital of VND 380 billion and registered to list 38 million of common shares with par value of VND10,000 per share.

According to 2011 business plan, IDI Corp expected to gain VND1,588.8 billion of revenue; VND167.6 billion of pre-tax profit and VND151.7 billion of post-tax profit.

In May 2011, the company exported over 1,579 MT of finished products, or US$3.92 million, Mr. Dang Van Dien, Marketing Director of IDI Corp said.

In the first half of June 2011, the company exported 938 MT of seafood, worth about US$2.5 million. By mid-June 2011, the company shipped over 7,800 MT of finished products, valued at US$19.62 million. The biggest importer of the company is America, representing 36.8 percent of the total export value, followed by EU (16.7 percent), Ukraine (16.6 percent), the Middle East (11.5 percent), ASEAN (8.6 percent).

By the end of May 2011, IDI Corp ranked in top 7 largest pangasius exporters of Vietnam, after Vinh Hoan Corp, Hung Vuong Corp, Agifish, Anvifish, CL-Fish and Hung Ca Co.,Ltd.
