Reporter Thu Duyen spoke with Mr. Duong Ngoc Minh, General Director of the Hung Vuong Corporation about the corporation's development and achievements.

Reporter: What is the key to the corporation's success?

Mr. Duong Ngoc Minh: Manpower is the key to our success. As soon as we began operation we worked out and implemented right recruitment and training policies for employees including managers, technicians and workers. Ninety percent of our employees are young people. We believe in their abilities and this encourages them to do a good job.
