Hung Ca Co.,Ltd has received 12 hectares of land for constructing a new plant, which will be finished by the end of this year. The new plant is designed to process a volume of 500 tons seafood a day in Thanh Binh industrial zone, Dong Thap province.
Deputy Director, Mr.Hau said in August his company shipped 1,300 tons of seafood, valued USD2.88 million to European Union, Russia, North America and some Asian countries. European Union remained its largest consuming market, accounted for 58% of shipment volume, Russia stood second in the market list.
From January to August, seafood export of HungCa Co.,Ltd reached USD14.87 million, up 240% over the same period last year and fulfilled 120% the year target.
Hau also revealed the company will find more effective measures to improve the factory’s capacity and trademark.
