In November 2007, Hoa Phu Joint Venture Company Ltd (HAPU) exported 84 MT of pangasius (tra, basa) and other frozen seafood items to Asia (Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippine), valued at US$270,000. Singapore was the biggest importer of HAPU.
This month, the company exported 70 MT of tra, basa, accounting for 80% of total export volume.
In December, HAPU continues to boost export to Asia.
