Phat Tien seafood processing plant of FATIFISHCO at Cao Lanh district, Dong Thap province (a southern province in Vietnam) has just operated with the total capacity of 80 – 100 MT of raw pangasius per day.
The company has a fish farming area with total area of over 120 hectares in Thanh Binh and Xeo Quyt (Cao Lanh district), which meets 30 percent of raw material for its processing capacity. 70 percent of raw material is purchased from farmers in Vinh Long province, Can Tho city.
Along with exporting to Middle East markets, the company has exported its products to EU in code DL 704.
At Vietfish 2011, in the opening day, the company signed an export contract of 4 containers with Asia partners. Next year, the company will continue to join in Vietfish to look for customers and marketing their products as well as new plants.
