Cadovimex II: Pangasius exports to Brazil stable
(vasep.com.vn) Cadovimex II said its turnover of exporting pangasius in the first 7 months of this year reached US$30 million, up 10 % compared to the same period of 2014.
According Cadovimex II, demand for the fish in the Brazilian market is currently stable. The company exports about 20-30 containers of pangasius to this market monthly.
In the US and EU, demand of the markets for importing pangasius tends to fall. The US is the largest importer however the price of fish is decreasing. Among the major import markets of Vietnam pangasius, only the China and Hong Kong's demand for fish is still good.
