Binh Dinh: Enhancing shrimp farming management

Shrimp farming area hit by diseases reduced remarkably.

Currently, local shrimp farmers are repairing farming ponds damaged by typhoon, and preparing for the next shrimp crop.

In 2010, Binh Dinh authorities will issue detailed instructions on farmed species, farming models, stocking timetable and rearing density to improve production, restrain diseases, and assure shrimp material quality for export processing, bringing higher efficiency to shrimp farmers. (VietFishNews)
