Agifish to export 33,000 MT of seafood in 2014
(pangasius-vietnam.com) In 2014, An Giang Fisheries Import and Export Joint Stock Company (Agifish – HOSE code: AGF) plans to export 33,000 MT of seafood products to generate VND3,000 billion of total revene and VND120 billion of profit before tax. The company's dividend yield will be set at 20 percent of charter capital.
This year, Agifish eyes on a much stronger growth in business compared to that of last year. In 2013, the company earned VND3,181 billion of revenue, VND37 billion of profit before tax. The dividend yield was set at 10 percent of charter capital.
Recently, Hung Vuong Corporation – the mother company of Agifish – offered to buy 6 million of its shares (equal to 23.48 percent of capital) at a price of VND22,000 per share. If the deal is made, Hung Vuong Corp will hold 74.89 percent of Agifish's charter capital.
