(vasep.com.vn) Decision No. 21/2015 / QD-TTg on policies to encourage the application of good agricultural practice (VietGAP) in agriculture and fisheries was issued by People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City on May 14, 2015.
The regulations will takes effect from May 25, 2015.
Accordingly, organizations, households and individuals investing in production, processing and promoting trade of agricultural and fisheries products will be beneficiaries.
The State Bank will cover 30% of investment for pond, machinery and 50% of costs for building storages. The bank will also provide 30% of construction costs for packing facilities along with all costs for quality management systems such as Good manufacturing practice (GMP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) or Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP).
