VIETFISH 2025 – theme “Innovation – Sustainability”
With the theme “Innovation – Sustainability”, VIETFISH 2025 reaffirms the vision of Vietnam’s seafood industry: overcoming challenges, creating long-term value, aiming for USD 10 billion in exports, and maintaining its position among the world’s top three exporters.
This year, the exhibition brings together 526 booths from 280 Vietnamese enterprises, along with 17 national pavilions from Japan, China, South Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, Denmark, and others—presenting a dynamic global seafood industry landscape.
Alongside the exhibition, the organizers have prepared a series of engaging programs:
- Cooking shows showcasing fresh and creative seafood dishes.
- International seminars addressing hot topics such as ESG, ASC standards, green and sustainable development, and animal welfare.
- Business matching sessions creating ample opportunities for Vietnamese companies to connect with global partners.
Global reach and renewed branding
Over the past 26 years, VIETFISH has become the most prestigious seafood trade event in Vietnam and one of the leading in Asia. In 2025, the exhibition unveils a new brand identity inspired by the imagery of fish, ship rudders, and ocean waves—symbols of strong seaward journeys and the industry’s aspirations for new achievements.
Beyond exports, VIETFISH 2025 also expands toward the domestic market, showcasing premium seafood products—already present in international supermarkets—to Vietnamese consumers, thereby promoting modern, safe, and convenient processed seafood consumption habits.
Expectations from VIETFISH 2025
In the context of global market volatility, tariff challenges, climate change, and high logistics costs, VIETFISH 2025 is expected to serve as a vital bridge for Vietnam’s seafood sector to expand markets, access new technologies, and develop sustainably.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, leaders of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment emphasized: “VIETFISH not only brings new business contracts but also strengthens the ‘Vietnam Seafood’ brand on the global stage, connecting the entire value chain from aquaculture, processing, and export to domestic consumption—towards green growth, climate resilience, and full integration.”
With the support of the Government, the business community, and international partners, VIETFISH 2025 promises to mark new milestones, enabling Vietnam’s seafood industry to rise higher, reach farther, and assert its position on the global seafood map.
