On March 3, Sa Giang and Citek officially launched a comprehensive enterprise digital transformation project using the GROW with SAP solution.
A representative from Citek stated that this initiative is expected to optimize management processes and lay the foundation for Sa Giang’s sustainable growth.

Sa Giang Import-Export Corporation (HNX: SGC) is a leading food processing company specializing in rice-based products, with shrimp crackers as its flagship product. Over the past 60 years, Sa Giang has established a strong presence in both domestic and international markets, exporting 15,000 tons annually to over 50 countries.
The implementation of GROW with SAP marks a significant turning point, enabling Sa Giang to enhance transparency in governance, optimize operations, and strengthen its competitive edge. This transformation is particularly crucial as global consumer markets increasingly demand strict quality control, traceability, and compliance with ESG standards.

The project is scheduled to be deployed over seven months across six factories and two business units, ensuring seamless integration from supply chain management to production and distribution.
The GROW with SAP solution provides businesses with a robust governance and operational framework, reinforcing the "G-Governance" pillar within ESG initiatives. This system enables food and FMCG enterprises to comply with international standards such as HACCP, BRC, and ISO. According to Citek, once fully operational, this digital platform will serve as a solid foundation for Sa Giang’s market expansion and sustainable development strategy.
