On September 26, 2012, Ministry Of Agriculture and Rural Development issued Circular No. 48/2012/TT-BNNPTNT: Prescribing certification of compliance with good agricultural practices on production and processing of fishery, crop and livestock products

This Circular shall lay down procedures and documentation requirements for designation and management of operations of certification organizations, audit and certification, responsibilities of entities, organizations and individuals for certification of compliance with Good Agricultural Practices on production and processing of fishery, crop and livestock products.
