On July 19, 2013, the Government of Vietnam has issued the Decree No. 81/2013/ND-CP detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations.

This Decree takes effect on July 19, 2013.

Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, chairpersons of provincial-level People’s Committees, and related agencies shall implement this Decree.
