Phu Yen: Tuna production reached the highest

So far, fishermen in Phu Yen have invested VND10 billion to have 162 offshore fishing vessels with the total capacity of over 23,000 CV in which 26 vessels with the capacity of over 4,700CV are built and 107 vessels below 60CV are renewed to increase to 150 - 160CV capacity.

To support for fishermen, local People’s Committee approved the list of 473 offshore fishing vessels so that they can enjoy preferential policy in accordance with the Decision No.48/2010/QĐ-TTg of the Prime Minister of Vietnam. These vessels will be supported fuel and insurance.
