Vinh Hoan Corp’s second ASC-certified pangasius farm
(vasep.com.vn) After the first ASC certificate for Tan Hoa Farm in September 2012, Vinh Hoan Corp continued applying ASC standards on its Tan Thuan Dong Farm in late 2012 and has reached the certificate on 22nd February 2013.
Currently, Vinh Hoan owns the largest pangasius farming area certified by ASC in Vietnam, providing great supply of sustainable and high quality pangasius to the global market. The certificates prove the company’s constant efforts in building up pangasius trademark in international markets.
Besides, fish farming in ASC standards is the key for sustainable development because it helps the company to control impacts on the environment and community surrounding the fish farms, as well as ensure good working conditions for its staffs.
