(vasep.com.vn) In July 2012, Gepimex 404 exported 844 MT of seafood products to earn US$1.6 million. In which, the company exported directly 675 MT of seafood and 169 MT of entrusted export.
Gepimex 404 trades mostly pangasius and surimi products abroad. In January – July 2012, the company shipped 4,184 MT of seafood for a total of US$8.9 million to South Korea, Hong Kong, China, the U.S., Libya, Germany, Ukraine and Algeria.
South Korea was its biggest partner with 2,025 MT of import value of US$3.1 million. Gepimex has remained its surimi sales in South Korea market so far this year.
