Minh Phu to increase its charter capital to VND1,000 billion

In the first six months of 2011, the group generated VND240 billion of profit. This year, MPC plans to reach US$360 million of export value, VND7,524 billion of net revenue, VND705.5 billion of profit before tax and VND615.5 billion of net profit.

The meeting has approved the strategy to raise MPC’s charter capital from VND700 billion to VND1,000 billion by issuing shares or convertible bonds, or both of these two following the market trend. At the meeting, Le Van Quang was elected as MPC’s Chairman and General Director for period of 2011.
