(seafood.vasep.com.vn) Minh Phu Seafood Corporation has just announced that it will increase the charter capital of 2 subsidiaries. Specifically, the Board of Directors of Minh Phu Seafood Corporation (UPCoM: MPC) had approved a resolution to increase charter capital at 2 subsidiaries.
According to this resolution, MPC will increase the charter capital of Ebisumo Logistics Company from 40 million yen to 60 million yen.
At the same time, the Board of Directors also approved to increase the capital of MINH PHU AQUATIC LARVAE COMPANY LIMITED from VND 200 billion to VND 270 billion. In which, MPC owns 99.833% of capital (VND269.55 billion), the remaining 0.167% (VND 450 million) belongs to General Director Le Van Quang.
Ebisumo Logistics Company and MINH PHU AQUATIC LARVAE CoLtd are 2 of the 10 subsidiaries of MPC. Ebisumo Logistics was established in Japan. In terms of business results, in 2022, MPC earned nearly VND 16,426 billion in net revenue and nearly VND 830 billion in after-tax profit, up 21% and 29% respectively compared to 2021.
