Minh Phu Seafood Corp, one of the leading enterprises in shrimp processing and export, is actively promoting cooperation with shrimp farmers to develop the shrimp industry in Ca Mau.
At the online conference on March 22 to implement the breakthrough production development plan for the shrimp industry, Mr. Le Van Quang, Chairman of Seafood Corp, officially announced the plan to establish, operate, and expand the Minh Phu shrimp linkage chain.

According to the plan, Minh Phu will select shrimp farming households that wish to participate in the linkage chain and commit to applying MPBiO biological technology to ensure a safe and efficient shrimp farming process. For the two-stage extensive and improved extensive black tiger shrimp farming linkage chain, Minh Phu will organize multiple shrimp farming households into cooperatives (HTX), providing training and support for cooperatives to apply electronic pond logbook technology, integrating it with the supply chain database.
Additionally, a monitoring and electronic traceability system will be established to ensure a comprehensive management network from farming to processing and export. Minh Phu commits to purchasing all shrimp from linked cooperatives at a price 5% higher than the company's daily shrimp purchasing price.
Furthermore, to support shrimp farmers in Ca Mau, Minh Phu has donated 50 Tomota solution sets for shrimp pond water management, helping to improve farming environments and enhance production efficiency.
With these decisive steps and clear commitments, Minh Phu not only strengthens its connection with shrimp farmers but also contributes to improving the quality and value of Vietnamese shrimp in the international market.
