Khanh Sung Seafood to export shrimp to the EU
(vasep.com.vn) This year, Khanh Sung Co., Ltd (Khanh Sung Seafood) started to export shrimp products after many years of serving the domestic market.
The Soc Trang-based firm mainly sells its peeled deveined shrimp and peeled deveined tail-on shrimp to the EU and Hong Kong markets. Exported shrimp products are processed from raw shrimp raised in the company’s farm or directly purchased from local farmers so ensuring the high quality of raw material. All shrimps have to pass the quality testing before entering into the processing chain.
European importers bought shrimp products at a higher price than buyers from Hong Kong. They highly appreciate the quality of Khanh Sung Seafood’s shrimp and hope that the company will diversify its range of shrimp products.
Currently, Khanh Sung Seafood still keeps selling shrimp in the domestic market.
