Gepimex 404 sent 276 MT of surimi to South Korea
(vasep.com.vn) In August 2012, Gepimex 404 Company (Gepimex 404) exported 591 MT of seafood products for US$1.19 million, boosting its total sales abroad in the first eight months of 2012 to 4,776 MT and US$10.094 million.
In August, the company’s export of pangasius fillets to Saudi Arabia totaled 39 MT worth US$94 thousand, that to Colombia was 126 MT valued US$315 thousand. Gepimex also sent pangasius to many other markets like Hong Kong, Uruguay, etc.
This month, partners from South Korea purchased 276 MT of surimi of Gepimex 404, worth US$413 thousand. This made January – August seafood exports of the company reach 2,301 MT and US$3.587 million.
