Fimex VN said in March 2010, it processed 295MT of finished shrimp products, and sold 310MT, earning more than US$2.6 million.
In Q1, Fimex VN obtained more than US$8.5 million in revenue, equivalent to 125 percent of the same period of last year.
It is saw also in Q1 the most serious shortage of materials, leading less work and workers’ lower income, and the company’s profit was only about VND2 billion, but this figure still doubled VND1.01 billion gained in Q1/2009.
