(vasep.com.vn) In coming time, Vietnam shrimp products will be available in Lotte Mart shopping centers.
On April 9th 2014, Ca Mau Frozen Seafood Processing Import Export Corporation (Camimex – coded: CMX) inked strategic cooperation agreement with Lotte International Co., Ltd from Korea.
Accordingly, two companies will officially become strategic partners. CMX and Lotte are expected to closely cooperate in farming, processing and exporting seafood. CMX will get financial and technology support from Lotte to complete closed supply chain from shrimp farming to processing and to boost export to Korea.
According to Pyong Gyu Hong, General Director of Lotte Mart Vietnam, supermarket giant Lotte Mart include 203 shopping centers located in 4 countries: two in Vietnam, 92 in Korea, 85 in China and 24 in Indonesia. At these centers, Lotte Mart is boosting sales of seafood products from many origins including Vietnam with a wide range of species and designs.
Currently, Lotte Mart is in need of large shrimp in all varieties, especially HOSO black tiger shrimp count 10-15 pieces per kilogram.
With the cooperation, CMX will gain considerable achievements in aquaculture and fish processing.
