CASES to ensure salary for workers
(vasep.com.vn) Ca Mau Seaproduct Exploitation and Service Corporation (CASES) nearly fulfills its annual business targets. However, this year’s business results will not exceed that reported in the previous year, due to uncertain supply of raw material for processing and volatile prices of shrimp and surimi products, according to the company.
Currently, CASES’ three processing plants for raw shrimp, surimi and fishmeal products are running at full production capacity. The company totaled 3,000 workers with monthly salary of VND3 – 4.5 million per capita.
CASES mostly sent products to South Korea, Japan, Australia and some European countries.
