Cargill Vietnam kicked off new feed mill

(vasep.com.vn) On 10th October 2012, Cargill Vietnam Ltd (Cargill Vietnam) kicked off its new processing plant for aquatic feed in Hung Yen province. The processing chain costed US$4 million and was equipped with the state-of-the-art technologies. Currently, Cargill owns 4 feed processing plants in Vietnam with total production capacity of 200 thousand MT per year.

Also in October, the company was awarded GlobalGAP certification for one of its processing plant in Dong Thap province. With the new certificate, Cargill has proved its commitment to supply customers with good quality products from pond to plate. This contributes an important part to the sustainable development of Cargill’s customers as well as brings the company good business results.

GlobalGAP certificate is a significant step to improve the competiveness of Cargill Vietnam in aquatic feed industry in Vietnam.
