Cadovimex: Solutions to overcome difficulties
(vasep.com.vn) Currently, Cadovimex is struggling with serious lack of capital for operation while the company had to face other difficulties like backward production, tightened credit, quiet consumer markets, persistent losses… To get out of current business difficulties, in 2012, Cadovimex’s leaders set out some solutions.
Firstly, the company tries to focus on seafood outsourcing to remain the operation of its production chain. Besides, it keeps finding new investors and financial consultants in an effort to restructure the company. Cadovimex is working with the bank on debt restructuring and lower bank loan rate, as well as get access to new loan sources with preferential rate.
If Cadovimex can borrow VND80 billion from bank, it will take the second solution by training the company workers to produce more value-added products. Additionally, it use money to install modern production equipments; upgrade old processing facility; enhance trade promotion activities; create completed production chain with industrial and intensive fish farming and focus on cooperating with potential farmers.
