Ca Mau to reach 10,000 hectares of industrial shrimp farming area

Lack of electricity is a huge disadvantage for local farmers to fulfill the target of 10,000 hectare in 2015 and 20,000 hectare of industrial shrimp farming area in 2020. To solve the problem, in the period of 2011 - 2012, Ca Mau People’s Committee plans to give Ca Mau

Electricity an advance of VND30 billion to upgrade the grid at the industrial shrimp farming areas. The plan will be completed in late October 2011 to meet the demand of electricity for production.
