(seafood.vasep.com.vn) The State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) will conduct an auction of 286,500 shares of Cafatex Fishery Joint Stock Company, with the starting price at VND101,100 per share.
According to the announcement from Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE), there have been 2 private investors in Vietnam registering to buy these shares.
In 2013, the revenue of Cafatex Fishery Joint Stock Company hit nearly VND620 billion, that in 2014 was VND615 billion, that in 2015 with 428 billion and that in the first half of 2016 with nearly VND178 billion.
According to the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders, in three year of 2016 – 2018, the company planned to reach VND6 billion, VND6.6 billion and VND8 billion in after-tax profit, respectively.
