Binh Dinh: Capture output rose by 5%

(seafood.vasep.com.vn) According to the Sub-department of Fisheries of Binh Dinh province, so far this year, fishermen in the province have caught an estimated 83,125 tons of seafood, up 5% compared to the same period in 2018. In which ocean tuna production was estimated at 4,876 tons, up 6%.

Up to now, the Sub-department of Fisheries has issued 67 certificates for 680 tons of seafood products; in which 496 tons of tuna was certified.

The offshore fishing fishermen said that the catch of seafood products was quite good. However, the fuel price increased, leading to the increase in the cost of the fishing trips.
