More shrimp exported to China

(vasep.com.vn) General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China (AQSIQ) approved more 2 live tiger shrimp packaging facilities and 21 black tiger shrimp farms in Vietnam to export to China.

This raised the the total number approved to 4 packaging facilities and 33 farms. National Agro-Forestry-Fisheries Quality Assurance Department requires these facilities and farms to review conditions to ensure food safety, and tracibility.

It is expected that in November 2014, AQSIQ will inspect packaging facilities & farms in the list of Vietnam facilities approved to export to China.
